Who is Bumble Box for and what will I get?

The answer is simple- Bumble Box is for ALL girls that fit sizes 7-16. Every girl is unique and our style quiz pinpoints which box would be best. In your box you will receive 3 tops and a special gift.

When will my 1st order ship?

Your order will ship the first week of the month. A tracking confirmation will be sent once your box ships. We know you are excited, so it is ok if you are waiting at the door for the postman, we won’t tell anyone!

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is FREE! Each month you will be charged exactly $24.99 for the subscription.  There are no additional shipping, handling, fees or taxes.

I want to do a monthly subscription. When will I be billed?

Your 1st order will be billed the day you sign up. Every following order will be billed on the 5th of the month.

I want to do an annual subscription. When will I be billed?

You will be billed the day you sign up. You won't be billed again for another 12 months. 

How do I cancel or skip a subscription shipment?

You can cancel or skip a subscription by logging into your account on the home page  or be clicking hereChanges must be made before the 1st of every month.

Can I do more than one box of the same size?

Sure, we would love to fill up your child’s closet! We will not send duplicate items, so you can order as many boxes/styles as you would like! 

Can I send a gift?

Of course you can, and we think the recipient would love it! During checkout under “Special Instruction for Seller” just let us know this is a GIFT and we will include a special note in the box letting them know who it came from. You can also add your own special message in the “Special Instructions” that we can include as well.

What if I need to change my child's size or box style?

We know kids grow quickly and change their mind even quicker, so we make it easy to update your subscription. If you would like to make any changes by logging into your account on the home page or be clicking here. Changes must be made before the 1st of every month.

How do I return/exchange an item that doesn't fit?

Our stylists take extra care in making sure your items arrive just as you would expect, but in the event that an item does not fit or is damaged we will do our best to accommodate you. A Request Authorization must be requested by emailing us at within 5 days of receipt of your box. Returns are taken on a case by case basis. The item must be unworn and have all the original tags or packaging attached. You will be responsible for return shipping and we will ship the new item in your next box. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the new item will be the same style as the returned item as we may no longer have it in stock. Please note returns can only be made if an item has been damaged or doesn't fit.
